Full time, permanent role

Monday – Friday rotating shifts:

05:30 – 13:45 and 13:45 – 22:00

£11.85 per hour plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits

Who are we looking for?

As a Woodmill Machine Operator in our Furniture Manufacturing team, you will assist with all aspects of preparation to aid in the production of furniture. Responsibilities include loading and unloading Baumer cutting machines, cutting timber to set specifications and tolerance to ensure you deliver high quality parts for our sofas, generating minimal waste. You will also be using manual handling equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operator who loves working in a fast paced environment where no day is ever the same.

Ideally with Baumer/ CNC experience, you will be confident working in a woodmill role and have a joinery or carpentry background.

Being ‘hands on’ will be in your nature but don’t worry if you have never worked in a furniture manufacturing environment before; we will offer full training and will bring you up to speed on our ever growing range of models and designs!
