At NFU Mutual North Riding we are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills to join our Insurance Advisor team servicing a wide range of personal and commercial insurance customers.

Insurance experience would be an advantage, but first-class customer service skills are the most important quality as full training will be provided. The Agency is based across three offices in Stokesley, Northallerton and Leyburn and offers support and funding for CII qualifications.

The chances are you’ll have already worked in a similar role and will be no stranger to applying a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do.

As an Insurance Advisor within our growing team, you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local business. You will be expected to handle enquiries, provide insurance quotations and undertake insurance transactions and general sales tasks with a ‘can do’ proactive enthusiasm.

Candidate Requirements

• Professional, Hardworking with an attention to detail and a ‘Can Do’ attitude
• Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and able to adapt to company systems
• A minimum of 5 GCSE passes ( grade 4 or C above or equivalent ) which must include Maths and English.
• A minimum of two A level passes or relevant insurance industry experience with CII professional qualifications
