Role Overview & Responsibilities

A vacancy has arisen for a full-time administration assistant to join our highly motivated medical education team, to support the postgraduate service.

As a key member of the team the successful applicant would be required to provide a wide range of administrative support to the Senior Administrator in Medical Education, also assisting with the day-to-day administration of the department. This involves liaising with other departments, external participants and maintaining records. The post holder will be expected to use and develop databases to input and extract data from, using all packages within the Microsoft Office suite.

A willingness and ability to function as an effective member of the existing team is essential. The successful applicant will work with a wide range of healthcare professionals.
