Role Overview & Responsibilities

To support our nursing team we are looking to appoint a Clinical Support Worker within Ward 2 CCHC. Ward 2 is a 20 bedded ward for the older person with varying degrees of mental healthcare needs including palliative and end of life care.

Successful applicants will demonstrate a genuine interest in working with older people. Team working, good communication skills and flexibility in approach to work are important components of this post. It is desirable that the applicant has attained SVQ level 2.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. More information on this scheme can be found at www.disclosurescotland.co.uk
