Role Overview & Responsibilities

This post is fixed term for 12 months and the hours are worked 3 full days 8.45 – 16.45 / but can be negotiable (22.5 hours).

This post forms part of the business administration support team within the Addiction Services. The post holder will work closely with the Consultant Physiatrist. The main duties will be minute taking, management of diaries, dictation, organising of clinics and arranging of meetings. The post holder will work independently for much of their time and manage workload through emails and systems such as Emis. The post holder will also support the generic functions and duties administered within the wider administration support team.
