Dog Day Care Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen for the ideal candidate to join us in our established daycare centre.

Due to expansion we have a part time vacancy, with extra hours available for the right candidate. Working hours will be during business hours which are Monday- Friday 7am-7pm.

The ability to transport dogs is essential, and you would need your own transport for this.
Crates/seatbelts and any other equipment required to fulfil the job requirements would be provided by the employer.

You must have a current and clean license. We will also require the successful candidate to get a DBS check, which will be covered by ourselves also.

You will be required to monitor dogs within the daycare centre to ensure a controlled environment where dogs can socialise correctly.

You must have a basic understanding of dog body language.

Cleaning duties will be part of your day to day tasks, ensuring high cleaning standards are exceeded at all times.

You will be self employed. Hourly rate paid, plus mileage benefits.
