A career in Recruitment could be the solution. We’re a collaborative, ambitious, award-winning team, looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our diverse team in Birmingham City Centre.

You'll get access to your own mentor, training from our in-house Learning and Development Manager, mental health support, lunch clubs, uncapped commission and the opportunity to attend annual company holidays and incentives. Last year we went to Mexico! After 9 months you'll also get access to flexitime, hybrid working and eligibility for an additional bonus of £1,800 - £3,500.

This is a full-time role, you'll be working Monday - Friday, from 8am - 5pm.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be:

• Working in a highly sales-driven yet friendly atmosphere
• Using Recruitment tools to source candidates and fill vacancies
• Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
• Researching your market
• Interviewing candidates for roles
• Negotiating
• Building relationships with candidates and clients

The base salary for this role is £20,000 to £23,000, with the ability to earn up to £38,000 with commission.
