Indoor Retail Assistant - Notcutts Tunbridge Wells Garden Centre

Full time/Part time hours available - up to 37.5 hours per week (including alternate weekends and Bank Holidays on a rota basis with the rest of the team).

You have the magic touch of making a retail display look 'just right'. We know it’s about your attention to detail and making sure customers can see what they need to find, but there’s a talent that goes into making indoor plants and garden sundries look really special.

We are looking for an Indoor Retail Assistant to join our busy team. As with the seasons, our centres are always changing, and you’ll be bringing inspiration to our customers, just as we have for 125 years.

You are likely to have had recent experience in working within a DIY retail business, ideally plant knowledge would be preferred as the successful candidate will be working with our indoor plants, garden hardware and garden chemicals and fertilisers. You’ll thrive on being part of a motivated team, contributing towards the successful operation of our Garden Centre.
