Housekeeper/Room Attendant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are further looking to grow our housekeeping team at Novotel Manchester West.

We have morning shifts from 9am onwards and afternoon shifts from 12pm onwards. Working up to 5 days per week/weekend.

Our emphasis is giving the best possible experience to the guest, so you will play your part in achieving this.

Working with the housekeeping team you will be allocated bedrooms and public space to be cleaned ensuring rooms are serviced to a high standard. Full training is provided to ensure that rooms are prepared to the appropriate standard. The role includes

• Dusting, polishing, vacuuming
• Refreshing of all towels and linen as required
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Reporting any maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Stripping and making beds

The days will include some weekend days.
Uniform and meals on duty are provided, paid holidays pro rata. There is free staff parking and you also benefit from other Accor Hotels benefits, such as free bonus break weekends within the UK

You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £10.42 per hour
