Role Overview & Responsibilities

NxGen Recruit are currently hiring a Housing Service Manager on a initial 3 month contract but likely to extend with experience leading a team through change and service transformations.

Working on a hybrid basis you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Housing Management Service whilst it goes through a period of service transformation.

You will lead a team and will be responsible for developing, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver customer excellence across the service. The manager will encourage change and also embed this culture into the team.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
  • Qualification or relevant experience in Housing related field at a Housing Manager or Head of Housing level
  • Delivering a resident and customer focused service
  • Strong and resilient people leader who can create a performance driven culture
  • Can lead and embed change so change management and transformation management skills are essential
  • Overseeing policy and process development
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to resolution.
  • Level 4 or 5 Certificate / Diploma in Housing would be preferred but not essential
Day rate: Applications welcome in the region of £300 - £450 per day via a umbrella company
