Role Overview & Responsibilities

This role can be based at any of our office locations: Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, London, Manchester or York.

The HRBP is a client-facing, diagnostic and solution focused role, responsible for delivering key elements of the People Plan throughout the year. As a generalist Business Partner and with experience of Oracle HCM, you will enable the high performance of individuals and teams through a coaching and facilitative approach.

At ORR we have adopted hybrid working and are currently expected to work from our designated office for a minimum of two days per week.

Regional FTE salary range: £51,826 - £53,948

London FTE salary range: £55,989 – £58,053

This role is part-time.
