Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the UK's newest and best value retailer, we are on the lookout for a customer-centric driven and passionate store manager to join our fast paced retail.

The key responsibilities of the role are;

• Training and developing retail colleagues
• Take accountability for shrinkage
• Back office responsibilities/administration
• Adhering to all legal processes such as health and safety compliance
• Process cash banking
• Creating both a positive environment for both staff and customers
• Policing visual merchandising and replenishment standards
• Loss prevention
• Ordering
• Genberal shop standards

The successful applicant will:

• preferably have management experience within another value retailer
• be able to demonstrate the capability to create a fantastic working and shopping environment
• have a track record of working within an extremely fast paced, high turnover retail environment
• be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bridgwater, Somerset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
