Role Overview & Responsibilities

One Health Lewisham is recruiting for bank Paramedic Practitioners, bank Nurses, AHPs, ANPs and Bank Clinical Streamers to join our team. We are delivering a number of new services, including streaming patients that arrive at Lewisham Hospital and directing them to the most appropriate level of care, home visiting service across the borough, and virtual care for patients that are monitored remotely through our Virtual Wards service. This is a chance to join a multi-skilled team with a varied and exciting role that fits your commitments and lifestyle.

We are look for qualified and experienced staff to:
Triage and treat patients wishing to see a health care professional within Lewisham Hospital;

Conduct rapid home visits to housebound patients in order to deliver care in the community and help them to manage their demand;

Work as part of the virtual wards clinical team.
