We deliver professional training to local authority workforces and their partner agencies to help them successfully use our evidence-based digital interventions to support families.

Following high demand for this package, we are looking for a trainer to join our team.

The Role:

The postholder will deliver OnePlusOne training workshops.

Training is mainly delivered online but may include some instances where face-to-face delivery is required.

About You:

You will:

· Have a solid background in delivering training and facilitating groups, including in-person and online.

· Have a practitioner background ideally in couples therapy, and if not, have a counselling or psychology background with a particular interest in working with adult relationships.

AND

· Have extensive experience in working directly with families through local authorities, trusts, or non-profit organisations.
