Site Supervisor / Site Manager / PM Construction Site - SSSTS or SMSTS

Looking for an experience Project Manager, or Site Manager / Site Supervisor used to running multiple projects, controlling labour, assigning work and ensuring completion in line with schedule.

This role is to work for a company that specialise in the installations of CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry and IRS / Fibre systems into new builds (mostly blocks of flats).

The initial projects are in Central London and West London.

Applicants for this role will need a valid CSCS or ECS card and a valid SSSTS or SMSTS ticket and must be confident working on construction sites.

Average project values range from small £100K up to £2M+.

Salary is dependent on experience:

Site Supervisor / Manager level experience from £35000 to £40000 basic + either travel or a company van.

Project Manager level experience £42 - £47000 basic + either travel or a company vehicle / car allowance.

This is full time permanent PAYE position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
