Role Overview & Responsibilities

Oui Creperie is a well known and much loved Brighton institution. We have been running two vintage Citroën street food vans from our central Brighton base for many years, and we have just launched our third. Our cafe at 30 Grand Parade opened eight weeks ago. We have a full season of weddings, festivals, and other events, and we need people who want to fit in work with other commitments- requirements change from week to week. The cafe is a base for the vans, so there is potential for a number of days during the week; most of the work is likely to be in the vans, but we try to give people a varied work experience.

In addition, we will be very interested in people who can drive- taking the vans to events, but also (if you have a car), driving staff to events can be very helpful. We will pay a higher rate if you can operate a van.

Salary: £9.00-£12.50 per hour
