Junior Sous Chef required £46,000 package

Oui is seeking a solid junior sous chef to join an award winning team and hotel. The hotel recently won multiple awards, boasting 5 Stars and 2 AA Rosettes. The hotel is a Grade-II listed Victorian building steeped in history, a true London landmark, discover old world charm, beautiful rich furnishings, offering exquisite original arts and outstanding cuisine. Our junior sous would ideally come from a hotel or fine dining background.
