Butcher/butchery manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a small butchery business priding ourselves on provenance and quality. We are looking for a butcher/manager to join our team who can work with us to continue to push our business forward.

The Ideal candidate would have experience in:

-Full carcass butchery; Beef, pork, lamb.

-Sausage making

-Serving customers

-Pie and Pastry production

-Food hygiene and HAACP

-New product development

Training can be provided to the right candidate.

They would need to be able to manage a small team as well as work efficiently on their own if required.

This is an engaging role as work is spread across both retail and wholesale, getting a complete view of the business.

Employees receive a 20% shop discount as well as a weekly allowance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
