Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maximize the performance of the restaurant by increasing sales and reducing costs
• To manage the front of house team including oversight of rotas, annual leave, interviewing new staff, and reviewing the development of new and existing staff
• Staying on top of the due diligence
• Maintain high standards of food and safety
• Ordering and receiving deliveries from suppliers
• Delivery of Excellent customer service personally and through the team
• Develop a strong team over a period of time
• To liaise with the Company Accountant on stocks and to manage stock levels in the front of house operations
• Quality control

Salary: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
