We are looking for front of house to join our team in the bar, restaurant and hotel industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, handling payments and ensuring the cleanliness of the establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer any questions they may have.
• Table service to the highest standard
• Maintain a clean and orderly bar area.
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared correctly and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety regulations.
• Assist with restocking of supplies as needed.
• Keep up with current trends in the hospitality industry.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £7.18-£12.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Great Yarmouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Catering: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (required)
• Customer service: 1 year (required)
• Bartending: 1 year (required)
