Chef de Partie Indian Cusine

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented, ambitious and creative Chef who can develop his/her own Signature dishes with a touch of modern indian cusine. The candidate must have a good knowledge of tandoor and curries. Be able to add some excellent and gourmet dishes into our existing menu.

The individual must be hard working and an excellent team player be able to cope under pressure

You will be very hands-on, motivated and able to use your own initiative.

As part of the kitchen team your role as CDP is to support in the running of the kitchen, working closely with the team to ensure that we are always serving the best to all guests

Have a positive can-do attitude

Flexibility to work in the shifts, including weekends and evenings.

You will be open to learning in order to develop your knowledge and skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
