A contemporary restaurant and bar in the heart of Cardiff. The ideal place for coffee catch up’s, refined locally sourced dishes and mouth-watering cocktails.

Laguna Kitchen & Bar attracts an array of customers at different times of the day, so as a bartender you will be quick to adapt to all our guests needs, whether it be serving a light lunch, a regular cup of coffee or shaking up one of our favourite cocktails.

You will be responsible for ensuring customers enjoy their time in the bar and that they receive only the best service, which is delivered in an upbeat and professional manner.

You:

• A Customer service champion
• Ability to adapt to different customer/ business needs
• Flexible in your attitude to work
• Good understanding of coffee, sprits, cocktails and wine.
• Possess basic cellar knowledge and understand important of stock control

Duties:

• Welcoming customers to the bar
• Providing bar and table service for food and drinks and taking orders.
• Serving food in a timely manner
• Preparing a wide range of drinks and mixing cocktails
• Attending to customer needs
• Bill preparation and cash handling
• Upholding high standards of service and
• Ensuring on shift tasks are completed to a high standard (Open/Close procedures)

Hours of Work:
24 - 32 hours a week working on a rota basis

Previous related work experience is essential.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
