Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an education recruitment client based in West London who are looking for 3 x recruitment consultants. They want “go getters” with “fire in their bellies” to earn 6 figures by year 2!
This company is offering an exceptional commission structure and going off of their existing staff, you can earn as much as £6k per month in commission within your first year.

The ideal candidate for this client, would be a graduate with some work experience. You will need to have a good telephone and email manner, with the ability to forge long lasting relationships. Lastly, this is desirable but not essential, however it would be a huge advantage for someone who is from the education field.

The company is a close knit team who recruit teachers, teaching assistants, admin staff for schools etc. They primarily supply for Temp positions and work to exceptaional profit margins, enabling their consultants to make very good commission in a short period of time.

They are big on rewards and incentives. They have been to Top Golf, go karting, Galvin at Windows restaurant, The Ritz and the Landmark Hotel for dinner recently and they have exciting future plans.

The successful candidate will receive on the job training and a 12 week road map of expectations, targets, KPIs and training agenda.There is career progression and guaranteed will earn 6 figures by end of year 2. There is onsite parking £50 per month. The client wants candidates that ONLY live in WEST LONDON.
