Farm worker- calf rearing

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have a purpose-built calf rearing unit near Pontefract in Yorkshire, which we are expanding, to grow more beef x dairy calves to high welfare and health standards. We are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious, and ideally experienced, individual to join our young team running this farm.

Ideally, you will have had experience with calves (or other livestock), telehandler experience (and license), as well as experience driving/ operating general farm machinery. A team player, happy to assist wherever needed, enthusiastic and conscientious, and with a "can-do" attitude will fit in perfectly! Full training can be given for the right candidate, as well as external qualifications in key areas.

Fully expensed shared housing with the job, is an option. Weekends covered on a rota.
