General Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a full time manager to help run the day to day business operations at Prom Diner on Aberystwyth Promenade. This is a fast paced fast food outlet with a beautiful view.

The ideal candidate will

• have substantial experience in a similar food outlet
• have previous experience of managing and motivating a team, dealing with rotas etc
• have a solid all round background in hospitality from barista work to basic food preparation.
• be able to work effectively under pressure and be a good communicator
• be hard working, conscientious and dilligent
• care about looking after the customer at all times
• understand the importance of providing good, consistent service
