Butcher / Trainee Butcher

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Butcher either with experience or a Trainee to join our busy team on either a Full Time of Part Time basis.

Duties will include:

*Butchering of carcases

*Making up orders

*Sausage Making

*Mincing

*Burger Production

*Packing

*Cleaning

*Serving customers in retail shop

*Working as part of the Team

Training will be given.

MUST LIVE WITHIN A 30 MINUTE DRIVING DISTANCE OF HARLESTON, NORFOLK UK

Must be able to work as part of a team or on own.

Must be computer literate.

Must have good hygiene practices.
