Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Perle Oban Hotel and Spa are excited to build our Seasonal Team for 2023. We are looking to recruit a Breakfast Chef for our luxury 59 bedroom hotel in the centre of Oban.

If you have a passion for great food, sourced locally and a desire to work in one of the most beautiful locations the Scottish Highlands has to offer please do not hesitate to get in touch. Previous experience in a fast paced, fresh produce environment is essential.

Seasonal 2023: 1st March - 31st October 2023

Live in accommodation may be available - rates to be discussed during interview.

Oban is one of the most beautiful locations the Scottish Highlands has to offer, just two and a half hours by car to Edinburgh or Glasgow. Oban is perfect for exploring the highlands and island hopping.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 8 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Weekend availability
