Role Overview & Responsibilities
- It is the responsibility of the office administrator to ensure all PPE is maintained and fully stocked by carrying out weekly checks, and also to ensure all engineers are provided with the correct PPE and carry out weekly checks.
- It is the responsibility of the office administrator to ensure that staff training and the training matrix is kept up to date.
- It is the responsibility of the office administrator to ensure that office clerical equipment is is maintained and fully stocked by carrying out weekly checks.
Daily Responsibilities
- Answer telephones, assist in booking in jobs
- File away any paperwork as required
- Any other tasks as directed by Office Manager/ Managing Director
Weekly Responsibilities
- PPE check, order items as required
- Office supplies check, order as required
- Booking digs for engineers working out of town when required
- Keep labour spreadsheet up to date weekly
Monthly Responsibilities
- Training record check
Additional Information
- Starting rate of £10.50 per hour
- 16 hours per week (but can be flexible with hours)
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
