Role Overview & Responsibilities

Due to growth and increase of goods out, Pets Choice is looking for an additional Warehouse Supervisor to join the team.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:45pm.

Duties include:

• Leading a warehouse team of operatives, FLT drivers and team leaders.
• Working in a palletised environment, with racking at least 7 high.
• Supervising the day to day operation during your shift.
• Ensure that work is completed safely, to a high standard and within the necessary timeframe.
• Work closely with Warehouse Administration, QA, H&S, Management and other internal departments.
• Identify and develop processes where needed to drive improvements of efficiency and productivity.
• Hands on with the team and lead from the front.
• Carry out investigations when necessary.
• Attention to detail in relation to missing or damaged items
• Manual handling up to 20kg

Requirements:

• Experience of leading/supervising a warehouse and team
• Fluent English, reading, writing and speaking.
• Polite, courteous and well presented
• Self motivated and committed attitude
• Willing to learn
• Problem solving

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
