Role Overview & Responsibilities

Phi Works is a nationwide building company primarily delivering voids programs for local authorities.

Self employed Multi trader/s required for a program of 60 void refurbishments.

Main skills required: Carpentry, Plumping, tiling, plastering and decorating. (You dont need to possess all these skills but at least 2 to 3 of them would be ideal.)

Works range from minor / general tidying up of properties, FRA upgrades to full refurbishments.

A positive attitude and excellent time keeping are a must.

Must have own van, PPE, tools and public liability insurance.

Job Types: Temporary contract, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £18.00-£25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hastings: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
