Bar and Restaurant Manager
Role Overview & Responsibilities
At Pineapple, we are lucky to work with some of the most lavish hotels around the UK. This particular client, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to support the daily running of the hotel's Bar and 2 Rosette restaurant!
Main ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have strong problem solving skills, experience in taking orders, working with the kitchen team, with good knowledge of room setup and preparation of the restaurant.
- 45 hours per week, covering varied shifts from 2pm or 3pm start, 12-10pm, 7am-3.30pm or 9-5pm
The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, have exceptional communication skills and have at least 2 years of supervisory experience within a similar operation.

Package Description- A starting salary between £30,000 - £32,000 doe
