Role Overview & Responsibilities
Day to day you will be face of the reception desk, welcoming guests to their suites and answering telephone enquiries.
You must have great organisation skills as well as a good understanding of the daily operational activities, within an award winning spa and hotel establishment.
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate must be well presented,100% customer-focused, have exceptional communication skills and must have at least 2 years experience within a similar role at a hotel and spa.
