NOC Engineer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Platform Two is recruiting for an NOC Engineer for a large Technology business in London.

The Role

You'll be responsible for providing overlay & technical support to enhance the customers use of their services. You'll be preventing issues, resolving problems and being go to person for their customers.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new ways and opportunities to improve customer service experiences.
• Using team skills to manage your workload and working with other colleagues.
• Always keep yourself up to date, with the latest software, trends, and technical data.
• Help support with new projects, lines and software.
• Going that extra mile to be able to resolve all types of problems from minor to extremely complex matters. - Tier III
• Be available to assist in the welcoming and training of new colleagues.
• Compliment our client’s BAU operations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IP networking specifically Cisco, Nokia/Alcatel and Juniper.
• Data/IP networks experience in an operational environment.
• Demonstrative experience in Incident Management and Service Operations environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £48,000.00 per year
