Role Overview & Responsibilities

Pocket Geek Tech Repair is part of the Assurant group of companies. Assurant is a leading global provider of protection programmes that help customers look after their technology. In Europe alone, we protect more than 22 million mobile devices through our insurance schemes on behalf of many leading High Street brands, offering rapid repairs and replacements when customers need our support.

Your role as Sales Consultant will be critical to ensure efficiency in the scheduling of repairs. You’ll ensure that customers are greeted in a friendly manner and take the details of the repair and provide estimates and time scales for them.

Salary staring at £20,000 OTE is £23,000

Key responsibilities:

• Greeting & Serving customers in a friendly manner
• Booking in repairs on our system.
• Handling payment
• Translate customer requests into what they want
• Working as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
