Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a Mortgage and Protection brokers who are now expanding their business into lead generation.

Your main responsibilities will be outbound calling to customers who have made an online enquiry for a call back to speak to an advisor.

Taking inbound calls and enquiries.
Taking all the information required and passing through to an advisor.
Building relationships with other firms to build trust.
Manage your diary effectively to make sure you call back customers.

This is a great opportunity to grow within the business as future roles will come up for supervisor/management roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £14,540.93-£27,682.93 per year
