If you an experienced Administrator with a customer focused approach then we could have just the role for you.

We are looking for an Administrator to work as a Bank member here at our welcoming and diverse Administration team based at our Devizes Hospital

Being a part of the bank team is ideal for someone who either wants to supplement their current wages or someone who doesn't want to commit to a contract, working as the Bank allows you and us to be more flexible when it come to you can work.

About the Role

You will be a vital member of the team, delivering an efficient administrative service supported by our experienced Administration Manager.

This will include ensuring documentation is kept up to date and liaising with other providers and the wider team at the hospital. You will also take responsibility for booking pre-assessment appointments.

To provide any duties appropriate to the grade as required by the Admin Department, To prioritise your own day to day workload and to work without direct supervision


About You

Who we're looking for

Someone with recent and relevant experience, who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.
