Interior Designer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Proficiency Design and Build is a construction company, based in London, NW6 1DU. We are currently looking for an Interior Designer, preferably with 2 years of experience.

You will be joining our friendly and creative team to work on a numerous prestigious new projects in London.

Responsibilities

• Providing advice on the interior layout of a space /building.
• Generating 2D or 3D interior design plans, drawings, mood boards and project visualisations.
• Being the point of contact for construction contractors on site, as well as consulting with engineers, architects and trade specialists.
• Preparing full architectural and construction detail drawings for the projects
• Preparing interior design package
• Direct client liaison.
• Creative, analytical input and delivery of presentations

Skills & Qualifications

• Passionate about design
• Excellent AutoCAD skill
• Excellent 3D-modelling skills , Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign skills
• Creatively conceptually strong with an enthusiasm for construction
• Thrive in a fast-paced working environment, to tight deadlines with a great attitude
• Have a degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture.
• Highly capable both on the technical and people communication, with excellent client handling skills
• 2 years of experience
• Fluent in English, verbal and written

Salary: £25,400.00 per year
