Provide Security has an exciting opportunity for you to become part of an exclusive team operating on a high profile site close to Reading as an SIA Operative (NIGHTS), where you will joining a highly experienced and friendly team.

Contract Type: Permanent/Full time: You will have pre-scheduled shifts on a regular 4 on, 4 off basis which encourages your work life balance.

Shift Timings: 19:00 to 07:00

Role & Responsibilities

Adhering to a set of clients agreed assignment instructions that include:

• Ensuring the integrity of the site, through regular patrols and access control
• Daily unlock/lock up
• Gate operation to authorised staff, visitors, contactors, and deliveries
• External and internal patrols.
• Refusing all unauthorised access/escalation where required.
• Dealing with high profile clients
• Taking an active role in fire safety procedures
• Client liaison and report writing.
• Acting as a point of escalation for the client and provide support to colleagues/management and guests.

Applicant Requirements

• All candidates must be aged 18 or over.
• A valid SIA licence and checkable work history for the previous five years (as per BS7858)
• Full Time Right to work in the UK
• Must be a Driver
• Minimum of 1 year security experience
• Reliable and organised
• Able to work as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
