Role Overview & Responsibilities

At an exciting period of continued growth at Psychology Associates, we have a wonderful opportunity for a full-time Referral Coordinator to join our dynamic organisation.

Key information about the role:

• This role will be a key part of our Referral Team, who help to ensure that our clients are able to access the most suitable support for their wellbeing and manage all correspondence between our clients and clinicians.
• The role will provide the individual with the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of professions from fellow Referral Coordinators, to Psychologists, to Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists.
• Previous experience in this type of field is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided for the successful applicant.

• This role may at times support some reception/admin team holiday cover where needed
• This role will be based at our Saltash office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,500.00-£24,000.00 per year

• Saltash: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
