Handyman

The role / responsibilities:

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Refurbishment

- Supporting the rest of team with a range of handyman tasks

You need to have an adaptable approach and be able to work as part of a team but equally be competent to take on a task and see it through to completion when working alone.

Skills:

· The ability to work in an organised and tidy manner.

· The ability to maintain a safe working environment.

· The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of the team.

· A UK Driving licence would be preferred.

A hands-on approach in all situations is necessary.

Working hours are Monday to Fridays 8am to 4pm

Day rate : £ 140.00 / day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £140.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• SE London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
