We are a small business specialising in quality branded 90s and Y2K streetwear (see website to see range). All of our products are individually hand picked from around the world to maintain a high standard. We also have a Y2K womenswear and accessories range. We provide a professional but welcoming image and customer experience to ensure customer confidence, which we expect employees to uphold. Sustainability is also a cornerstone of this industry and our company, which requires constant consideration to remain in line with our company values. Job description

We are looking for a full-time employee to work at vintage markets in London and in our brick-and-mortar shop in Kingston. This job will entail 1 day a week of content creation,2 days a week of working retail and 2 days a week in our warehouse completing tasks like packing orders/inventory organisation/listing on our website. Please note that we require at least 2 weekends a month available as our busiest periods are weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Standard retail operations in our Kingston shop (e.g. Customer service, inventory monitoring, etc.)
• Transportation of stock to market locations (Portobello Road & Brick Lane currently, other potential future locations include Camden & Herne Hill)
• Running a market stall all day, independently, including setting up and packing away, as well as standard retail responsibilities
• Assistance with/independent content creation for Instagram/TikTok
• Flexible warehouse operations (packing orders/inventory organisation/listing on our website)

Required:

• Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok
• Clean and Full UK Driving Licence (Driving a LWB van will be essential)
• Weekend availability
• Availability throughout the Christmas period

Desirable:

• No fashion background is required, but an eye for vintage streetwear, particularly Y2K fashion is desired
• A keenness to learn about the industry
• Problem solving ability, as market trading can present many unexpected situations
• Creativity, an ability to create & edit content including TikToks
• A passion for sustainability
• Good organisational skills, including strictly following inventory protocols
• Retail/Customer service experience
