Hours: 37.5per week (would accept one or 2 PA’s)

Pattern of work- Monday & Friday 8.30am to 4pm - Occasional Friday night/Saturday.

Job description:

Personal Assistant needed to support a lovely young lady with cerebral Palsy. She uses a wheelchair for long distances but is able to walk short distances and is very active and sociable.

Applicants will be required to support with all personal care when required.

To support to access the community and activities e.g. swimming, horse-riding, looking after large animals & reptiles , shopping and socialising.

Experience or qualifications:

Applicants will need to be flexible, reliable and of cheerful disposition.

A driver with access to a car with clean driving license and insurance will be required to escort to community activities.

Employer operates a no smoking policy.

Applicants will need to like animals and not be afraid of them as there is a cat who lives in the home and many of the activities are with animals.

Any offers are subject to a DBS check, receipt of two references and checking the legal right to live and work in the UK
