Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for potential projects, analysing project plans and specifications, and providing technical advice on project-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and regulations, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse customer requirements and develop accurate estimates for projects.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for labour, materials, and overhead.
• Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work.
• Conduct research to determine the availability of materials, labour costs, and other related costs.
• Prepare estimates in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines.
• Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain records of past estimates and actual costs.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £200.00-£350.00 per day

Experience:
