Role Overview & Responsibilities

• I am currently seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join an esteemed heritage and conservation contractor, who recently achieved a record year with an impressive £14m turnover. With a portfolio of 16 live projects and bidding on 3 major jobs, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a thriving company that has secured plenty of work.
• Projects range from £150k to £1m and typically run for 1-6 months. They have a balanced workload, with 50% of our projects in the residential sector and the other 50% in the commercial sector, working with a loyal base of repeat business clients.
• Their recent business revamp has resulted in a more robust accounting system, increased margins and greater clarity in reporting systems. As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing all of projects and working closely with the Contracts Managers. Your commercial awareness will be crucial as you control accounts, variations and take a view of the company as a whole.
• Based primarily in our central London office, you will also be required to conduct site visits from time to time. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and talented Commercial Manager to join a dynamic and successful team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £90,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
