Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a regional contractor specializing in industrial developments. Working with first-class clients that benefit from a high-quality build, this will be office based at their head office in Walton on Thames with site visits from time to time.
• They have a solid supply chain, having built strong relationships over the last 20 years. 60% of their work is repeat business with a small group of key clients. With a flat hierarchy, there is no strict chain of command, so decisions can be made quickly.
• With a current turnover of £62m the aim is to be £78m by June 2023. With 16 live projects currently they are also developing work in the public sector as well as residential, which are sectors they have worked in previously.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £360.00-£400.00 per day
