Quality Inspector

We are working with a global leader who have been established for 50 years and specialise in design, manufacture and supply for industrial applications. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Inspector to join the team in Bedford.

Quality Inspector key experience required:

• Competent in using a range of handheld inspection instruments
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
• Customer and results focused.
• Have experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Have experience with production machined parts and painted parts.
• Competent in reading technical drawings and understanding tolerances including GD&T.
• Any experience of running and programming CMM using PC-DMIS is an advantage

The successful Quality Inspector is required to work within the Quality Assurance Department in an ISO 9001 environment and be responsible for ensuring incoming and internally machined components meet design specifications.

Salary: £15.50-£16.50 per hour

• Quality Inspector: 4 years (preferred)
• Interpret drawings: 4 years (preferred)
• Machined Parts: 4 years (preferred)
• Inspection techniques: 4 years (preferred)
• Measuring equipment: 4 years (preferred)
