Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Supervisor for our Quiz Clothing store in Basingstoke Festival Place.

This position is for 20 hours per week to be worked over 4 days which will include a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with most being 2-7pm.

The supervisor will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the store as well as managing stock loss and store profitability. Retail experience is essential with a strong background in team leadership or senior sales. In return we will offer a generous employee discount of up to 50% off. There is also a monthly bonus scheme which offers free clothing if sales targets are met.
