Coffee Roaster Assistant & Cafe Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Looking for a special person to join our tiny team at the radical roasters coffee house and roastery.
We roast our own specialty coffee.
Role : Cafe manager & roastery assistant, all rounder.

The primary attributes to this role will be to run the coffee shop/cafe side of Radical Roasters whilst developing skills in Coffee tasting, and later, coffee roasting, whilst supporting the business as it grows.

Experience of cafe management is not essential but barista experience is preferred. Looking for someone who is enthusiastic and reliable and doesnt mind working weekends.

It's a good opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage.
Looking for someone who will commit to working with us for a couple of years. Opportunity to develop multiple coffee skills and learn how to roast coffee after 6 months.

Full Time. Wed-Sunday.
Salary £20k/year, this will be reviewed as the business grows.
Standard holidays and pension.
