Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Shop manager to run our business.

Your duties are:

• To make sure that BOTH stations are trading with correct fuel prices, Promotion updates from the suppliers.
• Guiding all the individual staffs following the company legal procedures to maintain the standards and to provide excellent customer services to keep the business profitable and successful.
• Answer customer enquiries and give advice about products.
• Lead and co-operate with other employees where needed, operate shop till and any related software for recording sales and purchases.
• monitor the till sales frequently.
• Deposit cash at Bank.
• Record keeping all day to day works and checking the progress of the business

• controlling the overall stocks verses sales, Due diligence, waste managements.
• dealing with contractors, driving the sales, encouraging the co-workers.

Required skills and education.

• Degree from any discipline, Business/Management preferred.
• The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate a team.
• A customer-focused manner, remaining level-headed in any situation
• Willingness to work as a key part of the store team, completing daily tasks on every shift.
• A responsible approach and excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £26,500.00 per year
