A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONFERENCE AND EVENTS OPERATIONS TEAM MEMBER AT DOUBLETREE BY HILTON EDINBURGH CITY

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Conference and Events Operations Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:

• You will be required to work a rotation of shift patterns including both morning and late shifts.
• You will be responsible for setting up meetings and event spaces and ensure compliance of brand standards.
• You will manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• You will be part of the wider Food Beverage family, and this role will also include working on the bar and running the events operationally.
